Update assignment to primary in backdate

Hi, I want to update an assignment xxxxxx-2 to primary created on 29/12/24. as of now, Assignment xxxxxx is primary and parent assignment. this parent update has position synchronization and manager change on 12/1/25 and 2/2/25. i am unable to update it manually by clicking edit option.

Can i fix this by hdl or any other way ??
