Approving a cycle count for new location prevents approving from the original shorted location

Issue:

When cycle counting Reserve locations, if we approve a cycle count adjustment of an LPN, it prevents approving a subsequent adjustment for the original, shorted location.

Example:

Location J7 = LPN007

Location J8 = Empty

Person 1 cycle counts J8 and adds LPN007 → count is accepted and inventory movement happens pending approval

Person 2 cycle counts J7 and short LPN007 as not found → count is accepted and pending approval

If I approve J8 first, my adjustment is accepted, but I will not be able to approve J7 and my only option would be to cancel the count at this point.

Do we have a solution for this scenario?
