Handheld Device is not supporting to scan the barcode in Mobile Inventory

We are doing Fusion Implementation in one of the client where they are using local legacy system. Their warehouse solution is completely customized with handheld device.

In Mobile Inventory, We can able to scan the barcode when we use our Mobile phone. But with the Zebra handheld device we are unable to scan the barcode and it end up with error as follows.

Handheld device will not have camera and it will have barcode reader only. How to resolve this issue since client wants to use their current handheld device for Fusion Mobile Inventory.
