Bulk inactivation of users during the Physical Inventory Count

edited Mar 18, 2025 4:56PM in Inventory Management 3 comments

Summary:

Hi Team,

We need assistance for one of our business case.

During the Physical Inventory Count process, it is essential to freeze operations and prevent any user activities, such as receiving, issuing, or other material movements within the inventory that could affect stock levels, until the count is completed and reconciled. To achieve this, bulk inactivation of users should be performed. One of the methods suggested as solution was to ' Lock user accounts via Security Console so users cannot login to the system during the inventory.' Can you please let us know, how to do this process for bulk users? Or is there any alternate approach for this sceanrio?

Howdy, Stranger!
