Receipt accounting Date is in next accounting period

Summary:

Hi Team,

Our business users are entering receipt date as Last day of the previous month date. and they have server time , Legal Entity Time as Mountain Stardard (MT).

UTC - 7 hours = MT.

if users enter receipt accounting date after 5 PM of the last day of the month. in back end it is storing as next day or 1st day of the Next accounting period.

Hence accounting is happening in next accounting period.

how do we restrict users not entering any receipt date after 5 PM MT of last working day.

i followed below steps but still accounting date is pointing next accounting period.
