    Facing issue in create user Rest Api

    Dear ,

    Facing issue in oracle rest api (Create user api) i want to create oracle fusion user via api in that i get create user api.

    But when i tested in postman its gives an error that

    (Create user account was not successful.)

    the person number is already created in fusion but still its received an error

    Please tell me how to create fusion user through api

    kindly check the image . for the same url i can run get api but post api i received the error
