Does suggested jobs require resume parser?

Hello experts,

We want to use suggested jobs Ai feature. We've enabled this feature and ran Synchronize Talent Data for AI Recommendations
and Synchronize Recruiting Data for Candidate Recommendations as well.

However, we can't see any jobs being suggested on external career site.

So do we have to enable resume parser for this feature?
