Database Item returning French Translated value for Absence Entry Validation FF when user set the language preference to Canadian French and then submits an Absence entry.

DBI's used:

PER_ASG_USER_PERSON_TYPE
PER_ASG_HOURLY_SALARIED_CODE_MEANING

Is it expected behavior for Database items?

If yes then which DBI's should be used which can give only English version of values that can be used in FF logic.
