Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We are not able to create Item structure with attachment, however when we check the Oracle REST API documentation(https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/supply-chain-and-manufacturing/25a/fasrp/op-itemstructures-post.html) for /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/itemStructures API there is an option to pass Structure Attachments as an array
