URGENT! maven.oracle.com blocking requests from user agent Artifactory

Hello Oracle team!

My name is Adam and I lead the package integrations group at JFrog Artifacory.

I'm reaching out following an urgent issue impacting our mutual customers regarding User Agent blocking.
We have identified that http://maven.oracle.com is actively blocking traffic for our application User Agent since it now contains a "+" plus symbol.

We recently introduced a feature that adds a link in our User Agent to help DevOps admin identify the source of our traffic to foster better relationships with our upstream registries like yourselvs.

Unfortunately, it looks like the existence of the link is preceived as bot traffic which it is not
