Is there a way to include notifications for Scheduled Collection Job Set?

We need to run scheduled Target Mode - Collection Job Sets that are global and are a pre-requisite for subsequent Net Change collections run by regional planners.

However, we cannot find a way to include Notifications, like we don we Scheduled Jobs are run. We need a way to monitor Job Sets execution and send success notifications to a group of users.

Notification is not enabled in this case, only Parameters and Schedule are visible.
