After loading the data enabling the Enable inventory tracked by Project what can be the Impact ?

Summary:

  1. We have enabled Enable inventory tracked by project in all the orgs.
  2. while loading on-hand data we are facing an issue as it is requesting the project related details.
  3. as of now we don't have project related details, so we are planning to Disable the Enable inventory tracked by the project for the all orgs and then upload the on-hand data for all orgs.
  4. after loading all the on-hand data for the all the orgs then we are planning to enable inv. tracking by the project. Can you please let us know the implications and the severity of the results after this process. And can you please suggest the alternate way to load the on-hand data safely?
