Import Project Costs from Cost Management - No Transfer Orders appearing in Manage Project Costs

Hello! After processing my inventory Transfer Orders where inventory is shipped and received automatically, I run Import Costs where Transaction Source = Cost Management. None of my Transfer Orders are not importing in Project Costs and are not reflected in Commitments either.

How do I get my Transfer Order Costs reflected on my projects?
