We previously managed this implementation in Digital Sales, where the Overview layout was not a Form Layout, and it functioned correctly.

Could someone provide guidance on the proper implementation for including Phone numbers in the Redwood cx-header?

I am assuming that the Form Layout has a restriction or special handling for Number format fields or formatted phone numbers.
