Feature : 25A Patch-Redwood: Use Redwood-Style Procurement Notifications:

I have tested the feature for the requisition notification, and I still see the classic version of the notification rather the redwood.

Feature details mention something about BI Publisher based notification as highlighted below. Does it mean that it is applicable to BI Based notification only? if yes, then how can I check if we are using BI Based or non BI based notification. pls advise.
