Summary:

In 25A release, this new privilege "HRC_ASSIGN_ROLES_TO_ANY_HSDL_TEMPLATE" introduced to allow roles to be assigned to any template in HSDL. However, after 25A update, I'm unable to locate this privilege in Security Console or inside the maintenance of any role. Is anyone having this same problem?
