Employee Goals Center page attachments section hiding conditionally with Business unit level

Hi Team,

When an employee submits goals via the Me → Goals Center navigation, can we conditionally hide the attachments section in VB Studio based on the Business Unit or Legal Employer? Specifically, we want to hide the attachments section for employees belonging to a particular Business Unit within the 25A application. Is it possible to add a business rule logic at the Business Unit level to achieve this?
