DM/SP What are the signs that a new fresh instance is needed to fix issues?

Will they be some of the following:

  1. DM Engine is forecasting combinations with only one historical data point. Not honoring the “TOOFEW”=2.
  2. DM Engine seems to be not analyzing a combination with history. The “Bookings Forecast Status” is null.
  3. DM Engine is not honoring the categories that are not included in the plan’s scope. Some of the excluded category items are being forecasted.
