    Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

    we have about 280000 changeover rule in production scheduling which are very high then the Oracle recommended. Recommendation is max 1000 changeover rule. Even if i try to reduce it by aggregating some attribute value by time or any other parameter, it never come closed to 1000. I have loaded them though Rest API, but while creating new C/O rule user is facing issue as changeover UI is not working after the load.
