Learning- "unknown user" in WBT training instead of organizer!

Summary:

We are experiencing an issue with our MS Teams webinars that we need assistance with. When the webinar begins, the organizer is listed as "Unknown User" despite having set the organizer information in the system prior to the session. As a result, when we join the webinar, the organizer's details are not displayed correctly, which causes confusion. We have no idea who is"Unknown User".

At the end of the webinar, we expect the attendance report to be sent automatically to the organizer, but because the organizer is listed as"Unknown User," we are unsure where the data is being sent. According to Oracle, the attendance reports should be sent directly from MS Teams to the organizer after the session concludes, but this is not happening because we do not know who is "Unknown User".
