How to view ESS output submitted by other user

Hi There

We want view the PDF output in ESS scheduler job when  Import Journals, Import  AR Auto Invoices, Import Payable Invoices imported into Oracle through FBDI using Integration. 

Integrations was ran by a service account.  In short,  user needs an ability to view the pdf output of Import programs submitted by any other user.

Need the Privilege details to view the PDF output submitted my other user
