Is it possible to systemically extract data from a saved detail balance's view

Summary:

We currently have two saved views in the detail balances section of ARCS. We are looking for a way to extract data from one of the views so it can be used for a SOX report for audit.

I know we can extract it using Excel, but we're looking for a way to automate the extraction via REST API or a scheduled job that can be sent to an email.
