Validation fast formula the error should triggered when exceed 20 hrs
Summary:
We developed a validation fast formula for our new absences plan, but during testing, we encountered an issue. When attempting to apply for leave for an eligible employee, the system did not trigger the error message, even when the leave exceeded the 20-hour limit. Below are the details of the plan and its requirements:
Plan Type: No Entitlement
Requirements:
- Employees receive a front-loaded allocation of 20 hours on their start date.
- This allocation should refresh to a full 20 hours on each anniversary date.
- Leave can be taken in increments of 1 hour.
Despite these settings, the validation did not function as expected during our test. We need to investigate why the error message isn't being triggered when the leave request surpasses the 20-hour limit.
