layout not adjusting as per the screen size

Summary:

Hi Experts

I have created one page using visual builder as shown below, i.e. the layout must show 2 forms side by side in larger screens which is working as expected, but when the screen size changes to mobile then forms must come one after another details 2 must be shown below details 1 and not side by side like in larger screen devices. Please help me to fix this
