Get Shipment lines Rest API displays only Inventory Destination Type Transfer Orders

Summary:

We have a business requirement to fetch Shipment details of the Transfer Orders created with both destination types inventory and expense. But when we are trying to fetch the data through Actual Ship date parameters expense type transfer orders are not displayed. Need to understand the reason behind it and to fetch the Shipment details completely for both destination types.
