How to combine all assignment's salary history in single view

edited Mar 25, 2025 1:36PM in HCM Data Loader (HDL) 2 comments

Summary: is it possible to implement a feature that consolidates all salary histories across assignments into a single view. Such an overview would provide clarity on salary progression for scenarios like rehires, transitions from intern to employee, global transfers, and similar situations with respective effective dates.

During the salary planning period, we observed that salary history is not consistently stored under the active employee profiles but rather tied to individual assignments. This approach poses challenges, especially when employees transition between legal entities or have multiple assignments, as the lack of a consolidated salary history requires additional effort to verify merit eligibility for these cases this year. Hence we are looking at the feature or possibility to combine all salary histories across all assignment of the employee in single view.

Howdy, Stranger!
