Transfer Absence balance to new plan after ceiling limit is reached

Dear All,

We are exploring an option to transfer Plan A balance if ceiling limit is reached to certain limit to a Plan B.

For Example:

Plan A has reached 450 Hours, Ceiling limit is set as 450 Hours, then the remaining balance which plan A accrues anything above 450 should get automatically transferred to Plan B.
