Observed many of profile options of redwood though mentioned as No being the default value are coming 2 before release upgrade as Yes.

We noticed Tasks navigating to redwood after 25A upgrade where client has not yet enabled for redwood.

Example ;: View item supply and demand page 

looks like profile option: ORA_INV_ITEM_SUPPLY_AND_DEMAND_REDWOOD_ENABLED is defaulted to Yes whereas in feature notes its mentioned Default value= No.

Why the updates are in mid of week but not during scheduled upgrade
