How to get revenue contract details for customer via REST or SOAP webservice

Hi Team,

We have requirement to pull the details of all the revenue contracts belonging to one customer. We are using below API call.

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/contracts?q=BillToAccountPartyId=100000044629542

However it is not displaying any data. Please suggest if this is not the rightway to get details for BillToAccountPartyID ?

Or we need to add any missing Previledges ? We have revenue manager role and can see the contract and associate customer from front end though.

Please suggest any SOAP UI setting or additional header attribute setup to enable.
