Is it ok to set up the Manage All Trees Operations Centrally process to run every 30 minutes?

Summary:

We have an integration from EDM to Oracle HCM that updates the organization hierarchy for our client. The integration is setup to run every 30 min and we would like to schedule the Manage All Trees Operations Centrally sprocess to run after so that it could catch any changes to the hierachy.

We want to know if running this process that frequently could cause any performance issues in a Production environment. I can't find anywhere in the documentation on recommended scheduled processing times so curious if anyone knows.
