Upgrade to OCI IAM - MFA options?

Summary:

Oracle Go Webinar on March 19, 2025 indicated that after the upgrade later this year, we will have the option for MFA for our Fusion environments. (Slides 10, 28, 29 in the slide deck). Will it be possible to have some users authenticate through SSO/our IDP, while other users can use a local login (password) that triggers MFA instead? Or is it fully SSO/IDP or fully MFA?
