Requisitioning BU On Trade Operation Not Found

Summary:

Not able to select my purchasing BU on the Trade Operation Charge line. Only the PCBUs are shown, however our PCBUs are only created for use in SFO, and all requisitioning and purchasing should go through the managerial BU. (ex: CK Power)
