how to configure shipment remark section in OTM mobile app

Hi Experts,

One of our customer has requested us to add shipment remarks section in the OTM Mobile App. However, we have noticed that when we add a remark at the OTM level, it does not appear in the mobile app. Even if we add a remark at the stop level, it is still not populated.

Could you please help us understand how to configure this properly.
