We do have data load rules to run at specific intervals. When both the rules get to export stage simultaneously (a rare case for us) the job fails with "Unable to obtain dimension information and/or perform a data load: com.hyperion.planning.ObjectIsLockedException: The object DIMNAME is locked by another user."

We understand the rationale behind this error, what is concerning is locked by another user. It is indeed the same user id from which the load rules are executed. This misleads as different user has locked the object.
