Issue with one of the logic not firing

Hi Team,

We have created one functionality where we are invoking the html attribute on setting one attribute and that HTML internally calls an action.

This functionality works fine in lower environments that is not working as expected in production.

I wanted to know whether there are restrictions to user type = sales agent for any such attributes. This behavior is seen specifically for sales agent but in lower environments we dont see these issues.
