Is there a way to stop the auto update check for VBCS

Summary:

On opening VBCS everytime, an update dialog window pops up asking the user to update VBCS. This is despite them already having installed VBCS the same day from the Oracle downloads page.

Please let us know if there is a way to disable this auto check for updates.
