Unable to request access for customer support Identifier in My Oracle Cloud Support

I have my customer Subscription ID and Account name and when I try to request for an access in Oracle Cloud Support, system throws an error which is holding me to raise an SR. Attached screenshot of the error. Can someone guide me to mitigate this issue?
