There is a need to use the user account of the terminated employee in the approval workflow.

Can the user account be part of the approval in such cases?

If not- can the dummy or duplicate account created for the same person i.e. user account with no employee record linked to it - be used for approval?

Also -does vacation rule work for the terminated user?
