    Summary:

    Currently there is no way in OTM to specify the decline tender reason code while using agent action decline tender or withdraw tender.
    The decline reason code field is available via UI action. Have attached screen shots below

    We tried to specify the reason code in agent action details table - as per below screen shot- but that did not work- did a cache refresh too-still it did not work



    We tried to specify the decline reason code on tender_collab_servprov table for an existing accepted tender offer- in the logs we see it referenced that
    transaction record- but it did not actually pick the decline reason code.
