Possibilty to rename folders in the file browser

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We are using OIC (Rest API) to load files into ARCS to reconcile them. Using a good folder structure is very important to organize the many files we transfer. Now and then, we would like to change the folder structure in the file browser. This is currenly not possile using the UI. We really need this functionality to have some flexibilty.
