Inputting to YTD on dataforms does not work for Non-multicurrency applications

Summary:

I have a DSO application that is single currency, i.e. did not have multicurrency enabled on creation.

When I put FCCS_YTD in the POV and "Enable YTD Data Input" is ticked, FCCS_YTD is still read-only.

When FCCS_Periodic is in the POV it is writeable, so it is not a point of view issue.

I tested this by creating 2 new applications in a loaner environment. Both exactly the same except 1 had multi-currency enabled, and "Enable YTD Data Input" only worked for the multi-currency application.

I assume this is a bug. It is difficult for me to create an SR so has anyone else experience this? Or has it already been raised as a bug.
