Approvers unable to see or edit the Supplier DFF entered while registering a Supplier

Once the user submits the Supplier registration request then approvers unable to see the DFF entered while registering a Supplier.
Even can't see the DFF details from "Manage Supplier Registration request" screen.

How to enable to DFF's on "Manage Supplier Registration Request" screen after it was Submitted for approval.
