Absence Rollover get balance issues

Hello,

Our absence balance rollover formula seems to be incorrectly grabbing the balance of our sick frozen plan. Instead of grabbing that plans balance it is grabbing the balance of the Sick Leave plan. We are trying to rollover unused sick leave time into the sick frozen time but are experiencing issues when the amount to rollover exceeds the plans ceiling. We have logic to subtract the plan balance so it only rolls over the amount to meet the ceiling, but it does not appear to be working. Any input is appreciated.
