how to Change in Timing of Replenishment Templates due to Daylight Saving

Summary:

We are scheduling the replenishment templates in schedule jobs on UTC time for Est time zone now due to daylight saving of extra 1 hour in Est time we have to manually adjust the schedule jobs to UTC time 1 hour prior to the previously set times. (e.g. previously jobs were running at UTC time 12:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 10:00 pm with respect to Est time zone 7:00 am, 12:00 pm, 5:00 pm.)
now due to daylight saving in Est time zone we have to manually adjust all the replenishment templates to run at UTC time zone 11:00 am, 4:00 pm, & 9:00 pm

then again after daylight savings gets over, we need to adjust the time back to previous one
