Get all Inspection plan is not showing all inspection plans

We are trying to use get all inspection plan API to get all the Inspection plan setup in application , however we noticed that it is not showing all plans, is there a limitation in API , not able to see such condition mention in API documentation.

API we are using

/fscmRestApi/resources/latest/inspectionPlans
