Not able to set Canada as the default country in Disability Info section under personal details redw

Hi Experts,
In redwood, We are trying to default the country to "Canada" in Disability Info section under personal details page, Navigation: My Client Groups → Personal details.. when we try to hardcode "CA" value in VBS, it is not working. and addition to it, is there way we can display only "Canada from drop down list" for Country field. Please suggest.
