create a Transfer Order Intraorg to do a transfer between two Subinv within the Inv Org.

Source subinv is Inventory and dest subinv is expense (have Qty tracked off, Asset flag off) and had to leave subinv type blank as I have only two options to select Storage or Receiving.

2 questions.

1. Why Am I not having the subinv type called 'Expense'? Is this out of the box or I need to add?
2. When I go to create Transfer Order for IntraOrg, I see dest. Type default to Inventory and have no option for me to select expense dest. type. How to achieve this requirement to transfer from Inventory to expense within the Inv Org.
