Unable to create elapsed workday pattern in newly designed Work Pattern(Redwood) page

Summary:

Post creating work pattern types, template and while creating work pattern using them, we are not getting an option to create Elapsed work pattern in redwood, however in Rui setup page it's behaving differently, once we created work shifts, we can create work workday pattern using that shift which we have created, we don't need to create work pattern types/ work pattern template additionally like we are creating in the Redwood pages
