In Screenset > Order Release > Result (T), if we add the Servprov ID column, save the changes, and navigate to More > Query Name, there is a standard query named SERVPROV provided by Oracle. Applying this query displays a dropdown list of all LSP names in the respective column of the Order Release result page.
