    User requirements:
    In the internal transfer TO order, the price of the item is obtained according to the following priorities:
    Priority 1-Price list price
    Priority 2-Item Cost Markup

    Try to configure two FOFs (Financial Orchestration Flows) and assign priorities:
    Priority 1: Transfer Pricing Rule uses Pricing Strategy, and Pricing Strategy assigns a price list.
    Priority 2: Transfer Pricing Rule uses a custom Transfer Pricing Rule, Accounting Transfer Price uses Item Cost Basis, and Markup Percentage 17

    But the problem is that when the TO transfer item does not maintain the price in the price list, the FOF with priority 2 is not used to calculate the price using the Item Cost Markup method, but still used the FOF with priority 1, resulting in the TO transfer price being directly null and unable to bring out the price normally.
